This restaurant open for 65 years!!!!
a lot of Korean TV programs and TV stars, actors, actress, idols came here.
restaurant wall is not enough spaces for their signs! lol

หมูสามชั้นนึ่งมาพร้อมเนื้อเป็ดรมควันกับซุนเด

Yarra River, เป็นแม่น้ำที่ตัดผ่านเมลเบิร์น คนlocal ตอนเช้าๆก็มาวิ่ง มาพายเรือ

ริมแม่น้ำจะมีถนนเลียบแม่น้ำไป เดินเล่น วิ่งออกกำลังกายได้

มีร้านกาแฟ ร้านอาหารอยู่ข้างๆ เลียบไปตลอดด้วย

พอตกกลางคืนก็มีผับบาร์เปิดกัน เป็นอีกทีที่คน local เค้าไว้ hang out กันด้วย

2PM ก็ไปเดินเล่นที่ Southbank

Southbank is the are located at the South of the Yarra River. (as it name)

Opposite flinder station.

Stunning by a classic architecture of reading room hall at the center of this building. It was opened in 1913! So, this hall is 104 years!!! OMG

คนที่มาที่นี้มีหลายช่วงอายุมาก

ด้านล่างมีห้องหนังสือพิมพ์ให้อ่าน มีคนมีอายุเข้ามาอ่านกัน

ทุกคนดู enjoy กับการอ่านหนังสือมาก เหมือนมีโลกส่วนตัวกันอยู่

A Hot Chocolate

Have been extremely busy since NY.

i wish i could back to December to enjoy festive moment there.

with a hot chocolate

--- R E C I P E ---

for 2 cups

1/2 cup of heavy wiping cream

50g. of Chocolate

(I put 40g of dark chocolate 80% and 10g of milk chocolate)

1/2 cup of milk

(i'm using royal project full fat milk.)

1tb of corn starch

(optional)

vanilla extract

marshmallow

--- Let's cook! ---

chopping chocolate bar into a small size.

It will easier melt in the pot.

pour whipping cream into a pot with chopped chocolate.

then melt it, stir well and pour half of milk until it become creamy.

Turn off heat, let's it cool a little bit

make your riches become more thick

by mix corn starch with milk

let's heat up again with corn starch.

stir it until it become creamy thick.

heat off....... let's it chill

recommend topping with marshmallow or sliced chocolate.
