cake setting
130g of Cream Cheese
(i put half bar of Philadelphia)
30g Sour Cream
(around 2tsp)
25g of Cake flour
25g unsalted Butter
2 Eggs
(divide Yolks and Egg first)
100ml Milk
(room temp)
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
30g Sugar
(can add more if you want a sweetie cake)

cake
mix butter, cream cheese and sour cream
then add egg yorks, flour, milk, vanilla extract
stir well and let's it chill
meringue
using hand mixing machine beat egg white
adding sugar step by step (i added 3 step) until it glossy peak
combine cake and meringue together
pour into a cake block
*remove bubble*
bake at 150℃ for 50mins
