"Astro Cafe" Best coffee between Earth and Sky

window to the universe.

If you have plan to go to Lake Tekapo, This place is highly recommend.

i have no ideal why i really falling in love with this place.

just having a single cup of coffee and let the time pass :) without knowing how long it take.

กาแฟราคาปกติ ถูกกว่า starbucks นิดหน่อย แต่วิวระดับพันล้าน

คุ้มยิ่งกว่าคุ้ม นั่งเฉย ๆ ทั้งวันยังได้เลย วันที่ไปอากาศดีมาก มีแดดนิดหน่อย ลมกำลังดี

คาเฟ่นี้ตั้งอยู่ที่ Mt. John ที่ตรงนี้จะเป็น reserved area สำหรับดูดาวแล้วก็วิจัยเท่านั้น
เป็นจุดที่มืดที่สุดของ New Zealand อีกด้วย ตรงนี้จะมีหอดูดาวของ Canterbury University ประจำการอยู่ มี telescope เยอะมาก เป็นหอประจำการใหญ่ แล้วก็มีกล้องดูดาวอันใหญ่มากตั้งอยู่

นอกจากจะมีคาเฟ่แล้วใครที่อยากรู้เรื่องอวกาศ ดูดาว เค้าก็มีทัวร์ขาย มีทั้ง day/night เลย

ตอนกลางวันจะมี telescope มาตั้งไว้ให้ดูด้วย ดูดวงอาทิตย์ ดาวอังคารได้ นักศึกษาทำเอง

เค้าบอกว่าที่ตรงนี้ แสงรบกวนน้อยมาก แล้วตอนกลางคืนเห็นดาวชัดมาก
เห็นจะจริง ขนาดดูดาวจาก Lake Tekapo มีแสงรถแสงไฟรบกวน ยังสวยมากกกกกๆๆๆ
ถ้าดูจากตรงนี้จะสวยขนาดไหน
ถ้าได้กลับมาที่นี่อีกจะซื้อ Day & Night Tour ไปเลย เอาให้เบื่อกันไปข้าง
จริง ๆ ก็อยากเห็นช้างจากตรง Observatory นี้ด้วยเหมือนกัน คงจะสวยมาก

There has Day-Tour for day and night, for one who love astro or want to know more about the universe.

you can see the sun and the moon from telescope here.

It is not that hard to get there, next to Lake Tekapo :)

drive ~4-8km to the top of the hill which cafe is there.

Or you can walk from the lake "Mt. John Observatory Track" (2.45hr. return)

ที่ร้านจะขาย 2 แบบ มีทั้งแบบไอติมอย่างเดียว ก็จะตักเป็น scoop 

อีกแบบจะเป็น blast ก็คือ ice-cream milkshake นั้นเอง แต่ตัว blast นี้จะมีความพิเศษคือตรงแก้วจะทำให้เหมือนปุยเมฆ ข้างบนใส่สายไหม รสชาดโอเคออกหวานหน่อยแต่ก็ไม่ได้เลี่ยน สายไหมด้านบนก็กำลังดี ไม่หวาน กินกับไอติมกำลังดีเลย
